ABOUT RED HORSE

Built differently on purpose.

Red Horse Agency was built around a simple idea: strategy, creative, media, distribution, partnerships and execution work better when they work together.

THE PEOPLE BEHIND RED HORSE

Built by people who have actually had to build.

Red Horse Agency was created around a simple idea: businesses need more than another vendor. They need people who understand how strategy, story, media, relationships and execution work together.

Heidi Ganahl — Entrepreneur, Media Founder, Business Builder

Heidi Ganahl

Entrepreneur. Media Founder. Business Builder.

Heidi Ganahl brings to Red Horse a career built at the intersection of entrepreneurship, leadership, media and public life.

She founded Camp Bow Wow and grew the Colorado startup into a national pet-care franchise before selling the company in 2014—experience that gave her firsthand understanding of what it takes to build a brand, scale an organization and compete for attention in a crowded market.

Her experience extends well beyond business. Heidi has spent a decade in Colorado politics and public service, beginning with her statewide election to the University of Colorado Board of Regents in 2016. She later became the Republican nominee for Governor of Colorado in 2022 and remains the most recent Republican to have won a statewide election in Colorado.

Today, she is the founder and president of Rocky Mountain Voice, a Colorado media organization she launched in 2024. That work has placed her directly inside the modern media environment—building audiences, developing content, conducting interviews, creating events and navigating the intersection of business, public opinion and communications.

That combination is central to the Red Horse model. Heidi understands business as an operator, media as a publisher, public visibility as someone who has lived it, and reputation as something built long before it is tested.

Red Horse brings those disciplines together—strategy, content, media, distribution, relationships and reputation—so clients are not relying on a collection of disconnected vendors to move their business forward.

Tori Stork (Ganahl)

Strategic Communications Executive. Brand Architect. Media & Reputation Operator.

Tori Stork brings to Red Horse a career spanning strategic communications, brand development, media, political communications and audience strategy. Her work has consistently operated at the intersection of message, reputation, visibility and execution.

Today, Tori leads marketing and communications work at Rocky Mountain Voice, operating across media, content and audience-facing communications. Her background also includes serving as Deputy Communications Director for Heidi Ganahl's 2022 Colorado gubernatorial campaign—experience that placed her inside a high-pressure communications environment where message discipline, timing, public scrutiny and rapid response carried real consequences.

Earlier in her career, Tori co-founded SheFactor and served as a podcast host, giving her direct entrepreneurial experience in brand creation, original programming, content development and audience building. Rather than approaching communications solely from the agency side, she has helped build platforms, shape public identity and develop audiences from inception.

Her broader leadership experience includes service representing Colorado with Maggie's List, and she is a graduate of the University of Oregon.

At Red Horse, Tori brings a sophisticated understanding of how brands are positioned, narratives are shaped and organizations communicate when visibility and reputation carry real stakes. Her perspective strengthens the agency's ability to help businesses and executives communicate with greater authority, consistency and strategic intent.

Yuliyanna Maksymenko — Executive Operator, Business Builder

Yuliyanna Maksymenko

Executive Operator. Business Builder. Strategic Partnerships & Special Projects.

Yuliyanna Maksymenko brings to Red Horse a multidisciplinary career spanning executive operations, entrepreneurship, legal and contractual environments, mediation, business development, strategic partnerships and complex project execution. Her work has consistently placed her where high expectations, multiple stakeholders and consequential decisions converge.

Before entering business ownership, Yuliyanna spent more than a decade in legal operations and dispute-resolution environments, developing a rigorous command of confidential matters, complex documentation, contract awareness, negotiation, deadline control and client communications. Her broader professional background includes commissioned notarial work, multilingual interpretation, forensic-interview support and education—experiences that strengthened an unusual combination of precision, discretion, emotional intelligence and cross-cultural communication. She is fluent in English, Russian, Ukrainian and Spanish.

Today, Yuliyanna is the founder and owner of PrestigeCore Design + Build, where she leads business development, executive client relations, commercial strategy, procurement, contract administration and project delivery across residential, commercial and multifamily work. Her role requires the ability to translate ambitious ideas into executable scopes, budgets, partnerships and operational plans—and remain accountable through completion.

Her executive-project experience also extends to major public-facing events and strategic initiatives. Yuliyanna held a significant operational leadership role for the Rocky Mountain Voice Freedom Festival and Mountain Majesty Gala and has worked closely with Heidi Ganahl across numerous business, event, sponsorship, media and organizational projects. She operates naturally in the critical space between strategy and execution, where relationships, timing, communication and disciplined follow-through determine whether an idea becomes reality.

A graduate of the University of Colorado Denver with a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in Spanish, Yuliyanna also brings an international language and cross-cultural foundation to her work. At Red Horse, she combines an operator's discipline, a mediator's instinct and an entrepreneur's bias toward action—aligning people, priorities, partnerships and execution to move complex initiatives forward.

Tina Little

Executive Operator. Client Experience Strategist. Complex Project & Stakeholder Management.

Tina Little brings to Red Horse a seasoned executive background defined by meticulous execution, disciplined organization and an exceptional ability to manage complex projects with professionalism and precision. Throughout her career, she has worked in environments where details matter, expectations are high and successful outcomes depend on consistent follow-through.

Her entrepreneurial experience includes helping build and operate a successful custom-home business, giving her firsthand understanding of client expectations, project coordination, vendor relationships, timelines and the operational demands behind delivering high-value work. Her construction background also includes extensive expertise in estimating, scope development, cost analysis and contract administration. That experience has given her a sophisticated understanding of how pricing, contractual obligations, project requirements and execution must align from the beginning in order to protect both the business and the client. That experience shaped a management style grounded in accountability, responsiveness and an insistence on getting the details right.

Tina's work with the Rocky Mountain Voice Freedom Festival further demonstrated those strengths in a fast-moving, highly public environment. She managed a significant volume of attendee communications by phone and email, resolving questions and maintaining a high standard of responsiveness throughout the event process. Following the festival, she also supported donor stewardship through more than 300 individualized acknowledgments—work requiring exceptional organization, accuracy and attention to relationship management.

At Red Horse, Tina brings executive-level discipline to the client and stakeholder experience. Her strength lies in making complicated initiatives feel controlled: organizing moving parts, maintaining communication, anticipating needs and ensuring that commitments do not disappear between strategy and execution.

WHY THE MODEL MAKES SENSE

We aren't starting with a theory.

Red Horse is informed by people who have built, operated and grown real organizations—not just managed marketing accounts.

MEDIA FROM THE INSIDE

We understand content and distribution from the operating side of media, including interviews, video, newsletters, events, audience development and commercial visibility.

RELATIONSHIPS MATTER

Growth does not happen only through advertising. Partnerships, introductions, sponsorships, media relationships and live opportunities can create routes into markets that an ad platform cannot.

ONE CONNECTED SYSTEM

Strategy, creative, content, distribution, media, partnerships and reputation are more effective when they are coordinated rather than split among disconnected vendors.

OWNERSHIP

You retain full ownership and control of your domain, website, advertising accounts, analytics, and business data — always.

CLARITY

Clear scopes, measurable objectives, and straightforward billing. No hidden fees, no vague deliverables.

ACCESS

Direct access to the people doing the work. Decisions made fast, results reported honestly.
